Manually turning the flywheel or blower belts operates the pulleys and belts that drive the starter motor gear.  The starter motor gear drives the flywheel gear, which turns the fan, pulleys, belts and alternator.  The chrome plated air cleaner is removable to reveal detailed carburetors.  Other features include chrome plated tent roof valve covers, Monster exhaust headers & 5-bladed fan.  Full ignition wiring.  Complete fuel system including fuel log, lines, filter and pump.  Authenticity confirmed by Ford Engineers who designed the original 427 engine.

This model is a replica of the supercharged 426 Hemi, circa 1969, 8,000 hp drag racing engine.  Manually turning the ribbed blower belt turns the blower, crankshaft and idler pulleys.  The highly detailed blower case includes real compression springs and bolts that can be seen just below the front case cover.  Includes real chrome plated blower scoop complete with butterfly vanes and spring linkage, nitro methane and fuel hoses, heavy duty fuel pump with high pressure braided fuel line, heavy duty racing distributor, magneto and ignition wiring, hollow tube exhaust pipes (just like the real thing), racing oil manifold and hoses, low profile dragster oil pan with oil pressure gauge and plated valve covers.
