Pre-orders:  Most die-cast, tin toys and pedal cars are Limited Editions.  Pre-orders are recommended for items not yet released to assure receipt of  the item.  To pre-order, click on the PayPal "Buy Now" button next to the item's description or call us at 847-731-2060 with your MasterCard or Visa (Credit or Debit Card) information.  If you prefer, email us your phone number and best time to call.  We will call you for the information and answer any questions you may have.   We do not store credit card information online.

Credit and Debit card pre-orders are not billed until the item is shipped to you.  PayPal pre-orders are billed when the order is placed.

Types of Payment Accepted:  We accept payment by PayPal or International Postal Money Order for international shipments.  We accept payment by PayPal, MasterCard, Visa (Credit or Debit Card), Postal Money Order. Cashier's Check or Personal Check for shipments within the U.S.A. and Puerto Rico.  Orders paid for by personal check are held until your check clears the bank (7-10 days) otherwise most stock items ship within one business day after receipt of payment.  Most orders received by 2:00 PM go out the same day.  All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).
 
Shipping Charge:   The shipping charge for orders shipped to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Puerto Rico is listed next to each item's price.  It is automatically included when a purchase is made using PayPal.  International Orders:  Please email us for shipping cost quotes.

The shipping charges are costs for shipment by U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post (insurance is not included).  Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery), Express Mail (next day or second day guaranteed) and insurance are available at extra cost.  Please request quote.  Shipments over $100 must be insured.  Insurance on shipments under $100 is optional but recommended.  We are not responsible for damage or loss in shipping.

Online Payment by PayPal:  PayPal is a secure transaction online payment system (now owned by eBay) serving over 100 million customers.  They are not part of our company, but a third party secure order processor.  We use them, for your convenience, when you prefer not to come directly to us with your credit card information.  We began using PayPal before they offered a Shopping Cart for multiple item orders and found it too time consuming to make the change.  So, we continue to issue refunds instead.

To order two or more of the same item using PayPal, just click the quantity box and insert the new quantity.  When you order two or more different items you are probably entitled to a shipping refund (combined orders usually cost less to ship than separate orders).  We issue your refund back through PayPal after the combined S&H cost is determined and the order is shipped.
 
Telephone Orders:  Call us at (847) 731-2060 with credit card information 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Tues - Sat and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Sunday, CST, to speak to someone.  You may leave a message on our voice mail anytime and we will call you back as soon as we are able to do so.

Order By Mail:  Cashier's check, money order or personal check should be made payable to:  Zion Antique Mall.  Mail your order to:  Zion Antique Mall, 2754 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois 60099.

Illinois Sales Tax:  Illinois residents (only):  7% Sales Tax applies.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, click here and let us know.  Returns must be received back within 10 days in the same condition as shipped, in it's original packaging.  (Shipping damage claims should be filed with the delivering post office). Credit will be issued within two business days after we receive the item back from you.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless we shipped you an item you didn't order or damage is shown to have existed prior to shipping you the item.

Privacy Policy:  No information you supply us will ever be disclosed or sold to anyone for any reason, except authorities will be notified of fraudulent or attempted fraudulent purchases.
